How we handle the information you share with us.
Last updated: 9 August 2026
This policy explains what personal information The Mixologist ZW (“we”, “us”) collects, why we collect it and what we do with it. It applies to this website and to enquiries made through it.
We collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver a service:
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising profiling.
We share information only with the service providers required to run this site and communicate with you — our hosting provider, our database provider, our transactional email provider and our media storage provider. Each processes data on our instructions only.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.
Enquiries and event records are retained while we have an active relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can honour follow-ups, invoicing and records obligations. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
To make any of these requests, email admin@themixologistzw.com.
This website does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. We use only what is necessary for the site to function — including a temporary browser storage entry that saves your booking form progress so you do not lose it, and a secure session cookie for administrators signing in to the dashboard.
We use encrypted connections, restricted administrator access and hashed credentials. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
This website is not directed at children, and our services are provided to adults arranging events.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
